Chubb Life Hong Kong has appointed Ivy Cheung (pictured) as its new chief marketing officer, effective from April 2025.
Reporting to Belinda Au, president of Chubb Life Hong Kong, Cheung will lead the overall marketing and brand strategy for the Hong Kong region, with a strategic focus on engaging the vital Mainland Chinese Visitors (MCV) market.
Her appointment underscores Chubb Life HK’s commitment to evolving its brand proposition to reflect modern values, inclusivity, and customer-centricity.
Cheung brings over a decade of holistic experience in strategic branding and marketing across agency, retail, travel, and banking sectors. Her proven expertise in developing distinctive market propositions and integrated marketing strategies positions her to strengthen Chubb Life HK’s leadership in meaningful legacy planning and further differentiate the brand in an increasingly competitive market.

Most recently, Chubb Life Hong Kong unveiled its first wealth centre, Chubb 1792 Club, marking a pivotal moment in its insurance and wealth management journey.
Located at The Gateway in Tsim Sha Tsui, a premier business and tourism district, Chubb 1792 Club aims to serve the increasing health and wealth needs of affluent customers and high-net-worth (HNW) individuals in Hong Kong as well as incoming visitors to the city.
Themed around water - a symbol of vitality and connection, and a nod to Chubb’s marine insurance heritage - the centre will deliver bespoke legacy planning services while weaving meaningful engagement with art into the client experience.
The launch of Chubb 1792 Club marks a key milestone for Chubb Life as Hong Kong accelerates its ascent as a global insurance and wealth management powerhouse, attracting affluent and HNW customers and their assets.
Also known as a tribute to Chubb’s foundational year and legacy of excellence, the new centre will feature a nearly 10,000-square-foot signature lounge designed to deliver bespoke wealth management services and cultivate meaningful business opportunities, empowering affluent clients, brokers, and agents to build trusted relationships and enrich both their business and personal lives with every visit.
