Le Royal Meridien Shanghai names new marketing head

Christine Wang has been appointed as executive assistant manager of sales and marketing at Le Royal Meridien Shanghai.

In her new position, Wang will be responsible for driving the overall sales and marketing strategy of the hotel, where she will also oversee the daily operations of the hotel sales, marketing communications, online Marketing, MICE, event and catering.

Wang joins Le Royal Meridien Shanghai from Hilton Hongqiao Shanghai where she held the position of director of business development since 2014.

“With her proven qualities in leadership, strategic planning, market insights and the commitment to the highest standards of quality and service in achieving high performance goals, we are confident that Christine will be a tremendous asset to the team and drive the hotel to the next level,” said Benjamin Zahn, general manager of Le Royal Meridien Shanghai.
