Leading media intelligence agency, Truescope Singapore has appointed Kelvin Koh to the position of managing director with immediate effect. Koh is expected to oversee all aspects of the business in over to help accelerate Truescope Singapore’s next chapter of growth.
Koh was part of the pioneering intake of employees at Truescope where he led business development efforts as commercial director. In his role, Koh helped the company grow and built a reputation for delivering "consistent commercial growth and driving transformative solutions for clients", said the agency.
Koh brings to the role a wealth of experience after building his career in the media intelligence industry and holding leadership roles within the public and private sectors. He previously held roles such as director of strategic partnerships and government business in Southeast Asia in Isentia, a public relations and communications service as well as senior media analyst at the Ministry of Defense Singapore.
“I am honoured to have the opportunity to lead a great team of media intelligence experts to shape the future of the media intelligence industry in Singapore,” said Koh.
“With our smart technology, talented people, and local expertise in this region, Truescope will continue to innovate and help more clients achieve their monitoring objectives [while allowing] them to see their world more clearly” he added.
Koh replaces Jason Lee who was the co-founder of Dataxet Group, a Truescope Singapore partner company. Lee now takes on a new role of chief data officer at Dataxet and also remains an executive director for Truescope Singapore. “Truescope Singapore has in the past two years grown significantly and at speed and my time has been a really fruitful and eventful journey. It was a privilege to have led this group of professionals who represent the best and brightest in the media intelligence space. Truescope Singapore is in good hands with Koh and I look forward to the next chapter in its growth,” said Lee.
