Jobstreet by SEEK has reinforced its commitment to connecting job seekers with opportunities while supporting MSMEs at Go Negosyo’s recent “Trabaho at Negosyo” initiative at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall.
Serving as a key institutional partner, the firm highlighted its mission to “provide a job for every Filipino” and empower MSMEs through digital adoption and AI readiness. The initiative positioned small businesses as central drivers of high-value employment, offering attendees access to insights, tools, and mentoring to build a future-ready workforce.
Attendees engaged in plenary sessions featuring industry experts and explored opportunities at the job fair through one-on-one and group mentoring. The event also included booths from government agencies such as the department of trade and industry, department of labour and employment, and social security system.

“Upskilling is no longer optional; it’s how we stay competitive in an AI-influenced market. Whether you are looking for a job or looking for talent, we have built tools to make the process simpler, smarter, and more accessible,” said Joey Yusingco, marketing head at Jobstreet by SEEK Philippines.
To support the workforce, Jobstreet by SEEK offers free digital solutions, including the SEEK Pass – an employment passport that verifies and shares career credentials – the Market Insights platform for hiring trend data, and an AI-powered Job Search feature.
Jobstreet provided initiatives tailored for both job seekers and small businesses. The Resume Clinic offered free resume reviews, profile optimisation tips, and guidance on leveraging SEEK Pass to stand out.
MSMEs benefited from the MSME Support & Digital Demo, gaining free consultations and live demonstrations on digital hiring, including real-time salary benchmarks and hiring trends. Recently, Jobstreet by SEEK also partnered with SmartCT and FilPass to support the ASEAN Foundation’s AI Ready ASEAN Programme, providing free AI upskilling to Filipino job seekers.
The collaboration addresses the AI skills gap and future-ready workforce needs by offering specialised training, issuing verifiable digital certificates, and integrating credentials into Jobstreet’s SEEK Pass platform. This initiative helps candidates stand out to employers, enhances hiring efficiency, and aligns with the Philippines’ PROJECT AGAP.AI, reinforcing efforts to boost AI literacy and employability.
