Suria KLCC elevates senior manager to GM of group marketing

Suria KLCC has elevated its senior manager of group marketing, Caryn Low, to oversee all marketing across its group of malls as general manager, reporting directly to Suria KLCC’s executive director and CEO, Francis Tan.

The Suria KLCC group operates three shopping centres: Suria KLCC, Alamanda Shopping Centre in Putrajaya and Mesra Mall in Terengganu.

In her expanded role, Low will lead the group’s digital marketing, public relations, eVoucher management, customer relationship management (CRM) and tenant sales management, A+M understands.

She officially stepped into the role on 1 April 2026, coinciding with her seventh year at Suria KLCC. Having joined the company in 2019 as marketing manager, she later moved up to group marketing manager and, most recently, senior manager of group marketing.

Before joining Suria KLCC, Low was marketing manager at Sunway Pyramid for over seven years, focusing on the mall’s marketing campaigns, marcomms, bank partnerships and sponsorships, tenant relations, and also heading marketing for Sunway Carnival Mall. She also previously held roles at MyPartners Communications and The Lost City by Deyna Technologies.

Suria KLCC recently wrapped up its Hari Raya celebrations, which ran from 27 February to 5 April, honouring the nation’s rich cultural tapestry through the theme “Penjaga warisan” (“Culture keepers”).

Besides transforming the Centre Court and Esplanade of KLCC into a bougainvillea garden with traditional Malay structures in collaboration with batik artist Sofia Iman, the brand also released a festive brand film of the same title, celebrating songket (traditional woven fabrics) and heritage.

In recent months, Suria KLCC has also welcomed Smith & Wollensky, Toys“R”Us’ IP collection flagship store, New Balance’s first-ever SEA Run Hub and SEA’s first Tomica Store through its doors.
