MILO Malaysia has appointed Perspective Strategies to support their consumer communications, activations and digital outreach.
The agency will lead communications strategy, public relations (PR) and media relations, as well as ground activations for its "MILO Malaysia breakfast day", "Energy for good", Merdeka day and "Triple advantage" campaigns.
According to Jessica Funk, brand manager and sustainability lead at MILO Malaysia, the agency stood out for its strategic thinking, creativity and understanding of its campaign objectives during the pitch process.

“Beyond its strong media relationships, the team demonstrated a willingness to embrace new challenges and deliver impactful, human-centred storytelling, whilst demonstrating an understanding of how to bring these stories to life in an authentic and meaningful manner,” said Funk.
Funk added that Perspective had previously partnered with MILO for the closing ceremony of its Energy for Good programme in 2025. This gave the agency an understanding of the initiative’s sustainability ambitions and its advocacy for recycling used beverage cartons.
In addition to MILO, Cetaphil, part of Galderma, has also appointed Perspective earlier this year to support its consumer activations and digital presence.
“Perspective’s consumer communications capabilities and experience integrating digital advocacy with experiential activations aligned with our strategy to communicate Cetaphil’s science-backed efficacy and ‘skinimalism’ approach to younger audiences,” said Jessica Tan, senior brand manager at Cetaphil.
Cetaphil’s 2026 PR activities include the launch of its AM/PM serum range, "Cetaphil on tour" activations at consumer and university locations, and targeted barrier-care products for younger consumers.

Other brands named in Perspective’s consumer and brand communications portfolio include Nescafé, Sun Lolly and ShopeePay.
In March 2026, A+M reported that Mercedes-Benz Malaysia had renewed its PR partnership with Perspective Strategies for two years, from January 2026 to December 2027, following a pitch.
The appointment marks the continuation of a relationship that has spanned three years. During that time, Perspective Strategies has supported the luxury automaker’s communications strategy and PR campaigns in Malaysia.
