JETOUR Malaysia has appointed Ariff Communications as its PR agency for the next year, marking the latest addition to the independent agency's client portfolio.

Under the one-year appointment, Ariff Communications will support JETOUR Malaysia's communications efforts, focusing on building the automotive brand's visibility, strengthening brand awareness and engaging local consumers as competition in the mobility sector continues to intensify.

The new business win comes alongside two client renewals. The agency has renewed its partnership with consumer electronics brand Hisense through 2027. The extended appointment will see Ariff Communications continue supporting the brand's communications strategy in Malaysia through media engagement, product storytelling and locally relevant campaigns.

Meanwhile, Hong Kong Tourism Board has extended its partnership with Ariff Communications for another two years, continuing its work to support the destination's communications efforts in Malaysia as it looks to maintain interest among Malaysian travellers.

According to the agency, the new appointment and client renewals reflect growing demand from brands looking for communications partners that can integrate PR with social media, content and digital amplification.

“Brands today are not only looking for visibility. They are looking for relevance, trust and communications that can move with the pace of culture,” said Aisya Hashim, director, Ariff Communications.

“These wins and renewals mean a lot to us because they reflect both new confidence in our capabilities and the trust we have built with long-term partners. Whether we are working with an automotive brand, a tourism board, an airline, a consumer technology company or an F&B brand, our role remains the same: to help brands tell stories that matter to the audiences they serve,” she added.

The recent momentum also follows its growth from a boutique communications outfit into a multidisciplinary agency. Founded in 2017, the agency has worked with global and regional names across sectors, with its leadership team shaping the business around storytelling, strategy and execution.

“Client retention is especially important to us because it shows that the work continues to deliver value beyond a single campaign or launch,” said Aisya. “As we grow, our focus remains on being a thoughtful, reliable and agile partner for brands navigating Malaysia’s media, digital and consumer landscape.”

The latest client developments come as Ariff Communications continues to expand its portfolio across sectors including technology, automotive, tourism, aviation, finance, logistics, hospitality and lifestyle. Its current client roster also includes Xiaomi, Qualcomm, Ninja Van, inDrive and RIUH.
