Changi Airport Group (CAG) has called for a media pitch, with submissions closing on 27 March. The contract is for a period of two years, with the option to extend for another two, CAG told MARKETING-INTERACTIVE.

Currently, Havas Media is the incumbent on the account.  The agency was previously re-appointed in 2019 as CAG’s media agency of record. Havas Media Singapore currently handles CAG’s traditional media planning and buying, as well as support the brand’s digital media strategy. The two first began working together as early as 2015.

The news comes shortly after CAG reappointed Ogilvy Singapore as its creative and digital agency for a period of two years with an option to extend for another two last year. The appointment began on 1 April 2023. Ogilvy Singapore has been CAG’s agency of record for the brand for the last five years.

Since the appointment, CAG has released multiple campaigns, the most recent of which was meant to take passengers to mystery destinations. From now until 31 March 2024, CAG is giving away a pair of return economy tickets to a mystery city every week for four weeks as part of its "Travel A to Z" contest. 

As part of "Travel A to Z", CAG will unveil four letters, one per week with each representing a city. Interested participants have to identify the city from the letter of the week featured in its campaign video in order to stand a chance to win return flight tickets to that destination. 

The correct answers to the weekly mystery city will be announced one day after the draw to that location closes.

In addition, each entry gives participants a chance in the grand draw to win return air tickets to any of the 26 cities from A to Z.
