Berlian Dewirani, head of media and digital at Beiersdorf Indonesia, has joined the speaker line-up for DMA Indonesia 2025 - MARKETING-INTERACTIVE’s flagship conference bringing together over 150 industry leaders and innovators.
Known for her sharp digital acumen and consumer-first mindset, Dewirani leads Beiersdorf’s media, digital, and eCommerce strategies to accelerate brand performance and innovation. Her experience spans key leadership roles at Reckitt and Procter & Gamble, where she helmed campaigns across CRM, media, and digital commerce. From driving direct-to-consumer trials to forging strategic brand alliances, Dewirani’s work reflects a deep understanding of consumer behaviour and platform impact.
Speaking to MARKETING-INTERACTIVE, Dewirani said: “Being part of DMA Indonesia reminds me why I love this industry - it’s ever-evolving, collaborative, and full of passionate minds. Events like this push all of us to think bigger and elevate the future of marketing in Indonesia.”

Dewirani will take part in the panel discussion “The relevance revolution: Rebooting influencer strategy for the digital now.” The session will examine how influencer marketing is shifting focus from sheer reach to genuine relevance - highlighting creators who break through ad fatigue with authenticity and cultural connection. It will also discuss how brands can build trust through shared values, openness, and storytelling that resonates with Indonesian audiences well beyond a single campaign or collaboration.
The panel will further delve into how teams are producing short-form content that feels organic rather than orchestrated, and how they are redefining success metrics across the funnel - from engagement to conversion.
DMA Indonesia 2025 offers an insider’s view into the strategies, stories, and innovations fuelling real growth in one of Asia’s most vibrant digital economies. The event moves past buzzwords to spotlight what’s genuinely driving success for Indonesia’s leading brands - from AI and automation to social commerce and data-powered performance.
Other confirmed speakers include Rendy Alimudin, vice president of marketing communication at BCA; Surya Adhi Saputra, head of digital and technology for Indonesia, Philippines, and Thailand at Haleon; and Grace Surya, marketing director at Jiwa Group. The conference will open with Nicky Tirta, a prominent actor and content creator.
