DMA Indonesia 2025 will see the addition of a top creative leader, with ParagonCorp’s director of global experimentation and growth, Iskandar Siva (pictured), joining the line-up.
With over two decades at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and innovation, Siva has built a career around transforming how brands connect with audiences. At ParagonCorp, he leads a global agenda that fuses experimentation, AI-powered innovation, and agile content production to push creative boundaries.
Whether scaling beauty-tech across borders or reimagining brand engagement, Siva remains grounded in human connection, cultural relevance, and storytelling that moves people. “DMA is a platform to spark new conversations on how creativity, data, and technology can transform the way brands connect with people. I’m looking forward to being part of that exchange and shaping what’s next for our industry,” he told MARKETING-INTERACTIVE.

Siva’s most recent experiments include SKINOURA, a sound-based skincare experience for the group’s flagship beauty brand Wardah, created with Milan-based composer Painé Cuadrelli. Rather than a new product line, the initiative introduces three original soundscapes that correspond to different skin states, positioning Wardah at the forefront of immersive, multisensory beauty marketing.
His track record spans some of Indonesia’s most notable campaigns, including his transformative stints as VP of creative content at Gojek and head of creative at Ruangguru. He has directed two of the most-watched original films on YouTube in Indonesia and launched the region’s first-ever podcast by a tech company - a move that set new standards for branded content.
With a body of work spanning television, cinema, branded content, and digital platforms, Siva’s role at ParagonCorp centres on experimentation across formats, creating narratives that go beyond performance to truly resonate.
ParagonCorp is positioning itself around its philosophy of “growing with purpose.” With over a dozen brands in its portfolio - including Wardah, Make Over, Emina, and Kahf - the company emphasises innovation alongside social impact and community upliftment. Backed by over 10,000 Paragonians across Indonesia and Malaysia and more than 40 distribution centres, it has cemented its position as a pioneer in the halal beauty scene.
Siva will join other top leaders, including Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison SVP of media Kartika Guerrero, Bitsmedia CEO Nafees Khundker, and HP Indonesia managing director Juliana Cen, under the theme “Powering next-gen commerce and data-driven growth,” at a forum set against the backdrop of Indonesia’s rapidly evolving digital economy.
