A&W Singapore has named ACTSTITUDE as its new social media agency of record, effective immediately.
The appointment comes as the fast-food brand looks to sharpen its digital strategy and strengthen its social media presence with a more grounded and relatable voice.
As the appointed agency, ACTSTITUDE will be tasked to lead content creation, manage social platforms, and deliver campaigns that reflect A&W’s accessible, community-driven brand ethos. The agency’s integrated approach will combine storytelling with targeted media buys and strategic campaign rollouts.

Adren Teng, head of marketing at A&W Singapore, said the partnership with ACTSTITUDE marks a pivotal shift in the brand’s digital journey.
“We’re embracing a socially pragmatic approach — one that connects with our audiences through authentic, quality content,” said Teng.

This marks ACTSTITUDE’s latest win, adding to a growing client roster as the agency continues to expand its presence in Singapore’s digital marketing space.
Most recently, the agency renewed its contract with various shopping malls across the country including i12 Katong, NEX and VivoCity.
