AI-native marketing technology company Brrandom is expanding its footprint in Southeast Asia with plans to establish new offices in Singapore and Indonesia, while introducing six artificial intelligence (AI) practice areas aimed at strengthening its marketing capabilities.

The expansion comes as the company marks its third anniversary. Founded in India three years ago, Brrandom entered Malaysia in 2025 before establishing Brrandom Asia in March this year.

As part of the move, Singapore will serve as the company's regional AI Centre of Excellence, housing senior client leadership, AI research capabilities and strategic partnerships to support its growth across ASEAN. Meanwhile, Indonesia has been identified as a key growth market, with the company citing its large internet population and rapidly expanding eCommerce sector.

Alongside its regional expansion, Brrandom has launched six AI practice areas spanning media, creative, analytics and automation.

These include 'AI ad tech' for programmatic advertising, paid social and search; 'AI retail marketing' for shopper intelligence and omnichannel retail analytics; 'AI creative lab' for generative AI-powered creative production; 'AI data analytics' for predictive consumer insights; 'AI market mix modelling' for marketing attribution; and 'AI agentic systems', which deploy autonomous AI agents to plan, execute and optimise campaigns.

The company said the practices are designed to work together as an integrated marketing ecosystem, combining AI with human expertise across the marketing workflow.

In addition, Brrandom has entered partnerships with global AI technology providers specialising in large language models, autonomous agent frameworks and enterprise AI infrastructure. The collaborations are intended to support the deployment of agentic AI across its services, including campaign orchestration, customer journey personalisation and performance analysis.

“When we started Brrandom, we were told AI in marketing was a nice-to-have. We disagreed. We believed it was the only sustainable competitive advantage a brand could build. Three years on, the market has caught up — and we are ready to lead it across the entire region,” said Avik Guha, co-founder and CEO, Brrandom.

In tandem, Safder Ali, co-founder and chief operating officer, Brrandom Asia, said, “Singapore and Indonesia are the two markets where the next decade of Southeast Asian brand growth will be won or lost. We are not entering these markets to participate — we are entering to lead. Our AI capabilities were built for exactly this scale, and this moment."

Brrandom's expansion comes as agencies continue to strengthen their presence across Southeast Asia. Just last week, Dubai-headquartered communications agency Brazen MENA officially entered the Asia Pacific market with the launch of offices in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.

The move marked the firm's push into one of its fastest-growing regions, with maternal care platform Bosom among its first APAC clients. Brazen MENA's client roster includes Marriott, Abercrombie & Fitch, SKIMS, Hilton, Veuve Clicquot and Raffles.

Earlier this year, Mediaplus Group also expanded its regional footprint with the launch of Mediaplus Singapore, a joint venture with The Media Shop aimed at deepening its presence in Asia's high-growth markets by combining its global media capabilities with the local agency's regional expertise.
