Parminder Singh launches AI advisory ClayboxAI

Parminder Singh, the former COO of Tatler Asia and chief commercial and digital officer at MediaCorp has launched a new transformation and advisory venture, ClayboxAI, under Ecosystem Group. ClayboxAI, said Singh, is aimed at helping business leaders gain fluency in artificial intelligence (AI) and lead AI-driven innovation within their organisations.
According to a press statement, the offering is designed to address a growing gap in executive understanding of AI, as the pace of technological change continues to outstrip traditional leadership training. The venture aims to blend advisory services, technical expertise, and change management to position itself as a strategic partner for businesses beginning or accelerating their AI journeys.

The new venture kicks off with the ClayboxAI Fluency Bootcamp, a hands-on programme tailored for senior decision-makers. The bootcamp focuses on foundational AI knowledge, business-relevant use cases, and a structured transformation framework.
Post-bootcamp, ClayboxAI will support organisations through AI opportunity blueprints, solution design, pilot implementations, and enterprise-wide transformation efforts.
“AI is no longer just a technology conversation, it's a leadership imperative. We built ClayboxAI to equip leaders with the fluency, frameworks, and confidence they need to make bold decisions in the AI era - without needing to become coders or data scientists," said Singh, founder of ClayboxAI.
In tandem, Amit Gupta, founder and group CEO of Ecosystm Group said, "ClayboxAI is born out of real-world leadership conversations. This is about creating AI-forward organisations, starting with AI-fluent leadership at the top.”
The launch of ClayboxAI comes amid growing pressure on business leaders to make strategic decisions around artificial intelligence. While enthusiasm for AI is high, many companies are still struggling to move from intent to implementation. A report by WE Communications in May last year found that although 83% of executives are optimistic about AI, less than half are actively investing in upskilling their teams.
CMOs and senior leaders are also increasingly expected to champion AI strategy within their organisations. Brands such as Heineken and Pizza Hut have launched global initiatives in recent times to embed AI across business functions, aiming for gains in productivity, customer engagement, and long-term innovation.
