YSL Beauty Hotel brings digital beauty experience to customers in Hong Kong

Following the success in fashion meccas in Paris, Tokyo and Madrid, YSL Beauté has launched a “YSL Beauty Hotel” in Hong Kong, where customers can immerse themselves in a personalised digital beauty experience.YSL Beauté has teamed-up with Mindshare, global media and marketing agency, for the amplification of #YSLBEAUTYHOTELHK this year. With a dedicated Key Card QR Code system, the brand offers a personalised digital experience from registration, to check-in and check-out. Guests can use the room access card, which has their own name imprinted, to visit the themed rooms in the hotel. There are numerous interactive activities including three classic arcade games, makeup touch up counters, and decorated spots for photo taking.  Encouraging customer engagement, all game points earned from participating activities in the hotel will be recorded on the personalised Key Card QR Code. On the way out, guests can proceed to the check-out machine to use their game points to redeem YSL Beauté makeup products and a limited-edition genuine leather key chain. The brand also set up its signature lipstick vending machine “Lipstick Engraving ATM 2.0”. Guests can purchase the lipsticks on the spot and have their name lasered on the lipstick. With a transparent shell, guests can witness the whole process of how their personalised lipstick engraving is made.Guests who upload photos onto Instagram with the hashtag #yslbeautyhotelhk, can have their photo printed immediately at the booth in the hotel. Mindshare has further taken the vibe outside the hotel, with live coverage of the event through Facebook live with Beautyexchange.com, alongside coverage of a range of fashion, lifestyle social pages and KOLs amplifications.
