TMRW by Bank UOB Indonesia appoints digital agency

TMRW by Bank UOB Indonesia has reappointed OLRANGE, an Indonesian creative agency, as its digital agency to manage their digital ecosystem. 

Previously, TMRW had been developing its brand and reaching out to millennials. The partnership with OLRANGE will see it deliver comparable or greater results to its prior projects together, such as TMRW Menang Ramadan Bareng (Winning Ramadan Together) launched during the month of Ramadan this year. The campaign incorporated an Add Yours feature in Instagram, which facilitates users to share about anything easily with others.  TMRW had also partnered with OLRANGE during the pandemic in a campaign titled Sumpah Akan Berubah (Pledge to Change), where it called for people to install its app. 

Arief Tjakraamidjaja, country marketing head of UOB TMRW said that OLRANGE provides innovative and realistic solutions in Indonesia’s digital environment. “Its involvement in TMRW has been fantastic. The agency delivers digital campaigns that are very relevant to our target market expectations. Hopefully, in the future, together we'll be able to break the barriers and enthrall our audience even more,” he added.

Meanwhile, Stephanie Putri Fajar, business director of OLRANGE said: “We are delighted for TMRW's continued trust, and we believe that by working together, we can continuously create an impactful strategy to increase their presence in the digital sphere.”

Meanwhile, OLRANGE also recently became part of Future Creative Network (FCN), a cluster of creative companies across Indonesia, in 2021. Meanwhile, in April, Samsung Indonesia had appointed ALVA, a digital holding group jointly established by OLRANGE and Flock Creative Network, to manage digital duties following a pitch. It manages Samsung Indonesia's corporate marketing strategy, brand stewardship, campaign ideation, and the development of online store content.

Separately, UOB first launched TMRW in Thailand in 2019. Thailand was chosen because its market has a young demographic which is mobile connected and consumers' time on social media is one of the highest. On top of that, the standards of digital is high in Thailand.
