Sinclair appoints Stephen Millikin as COO

Independent PR agency Sinclair has appointed Stephen Millikin as its chief operating officer. Taking responsibility for the agency’s operations across APAC, Millikin will be tasked with leading the growth of the agency. With over 25 years of experience - having held executive positions both in-house and agency-side - across Hong Kong, North America and EMEA, Millikin has developed integrated communications strategies for some of the world’s leading consumer brands.
