Reuter Communications has expanded its business to the UK and relocated director Vanessa Wu (pictured) to London to oversee the office.
By expanding to London, Reuter Communications will be able to offer clients from the UK and Europe with strategic counsel and support. Key services include research and intelligence, strategy development, digital, e-commerce, and social campaigns across China and Asia.
"Now more than ever we believe that on the ground support is key to helping clients navigate and understand the complexities of the fast-changing Asian market," said Chloé Reuter, founding partner of Reuter Communications.
Currently, Reuter Communications works with renowned luxury brands including Kering, LVMH, Richemont, Estee Lauder, and Shiseido. It also represents hospitality and travel brands such as Tourism Australia, Swire Hotels, and Harrods.
"Having our feet on the ground in Europe is a natural progression for the agency. The current challenges of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the need for swift responses from brands demonstrate the benefit of having a team based in Europe for close consultation," she added.
The agency has also relocated Wu, who possesses a decade of China market expertise and luxury market knowledge, from its Shanghai headquarters to London.
“We are excited to have a presence here. Our plans for London and beyond include hosting thought-leadership events and hosted networking opportunities, as Reuter Communications aims to knit together all relevant UK-China stakeholders in the luxury business space – particularly in travel, fashion, and other emerging sectors,” said Wu.
