Redhill, the SG-headquartered full-service global communications agency, has acquired Singapore-based Vision Strategy Storytelling (VS Story) as part of the agency’s efforts to further strengthen its sustainability offerings to meet its clients’ rising needs.
VS Story will extend Redhill’s sustainability arm providing creative visual storytelling solutions centred around social impact and sustainability for the agency and its clients. Founded in 2016, VS Story champions the global movement towards an inclusive, equitable and regenerative economy.
“Redhill puts sustainability at the core of our business strategy, and we are delighted to have VS Story join our team. The company has an outstanding track record of producing sustainability-led visionary impactful initiatives. I am confident that together we’re in a stronger position to help our clients develop creative communications strategies that deliver on their commitments to their stakeholders,” said Jacob Puthenparambil, CEO, Redhill.
VS Story’s portfolio of offerings includes storyboarding, filming, photography and postproduction of various projects such as authentic documentaries, staff engagement videos, visual graphics and animation, infographics, aerial videography and more. With the mission to achieve visionary impact through its deliverables, the company boasts a partner portfolio that includes Essilor Luxottica, Danone, ABC Impact, Circulate Capital, PayPal, MAS Holdings, Winnow Solutions, and Linkedin to name a few.
“We are incredibly excited to work closely with Redhill to realise our joint passion for creating genuine systemic impact. It has never been more crucial to focus on scaling impact globally, and I’m looking forward to working with our clients together on creating visionary and purpose-driven narratives and initiatives that effect change and impact lives. Through our collaboration, we reaffirm our commitment towards making Singapore a global center for the circular economy, AgriTech, and sustainable finance,” said Jacqui Hocking, CEO, VS Story.
The acquisition signifies Redhill’s steadfast commitment to sustainability following the recent appointment of Marta Bigio, senior director of sustainability, earlier this year. It also marks the agency’s second acquisition, after acquiring Hong Kong-based Creative Consulting Group (CCG) in early 2022 as part of its continued global expansion.
In April this year, the agency scaled its presence in the Middle East and Africa through its strategic incorporation in the Abu Dhabi Global Market, an international financial centre located in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates. The agency has also established a second office in Dubai Media City with plans to double its regional headcount in 2022.
