Swiss luxury watch manufacturer OMEGA has appointed Flare Communications Group as its public relations agency in Hong Kong.
The agency will manage integrated media communications for OMEGA, with a mission of developing engaging communications through current-to-market and consumer-centric content and strategies.
“We’re thrilled to receive this appointment. It remarks a true testament to the strength of Flare Communications, its ability to evolve with market innovation and clients’ business needs over time. We look forward to bringing OMEGA’s brand communications, visibility and desirability to new heights," said Bastian Wong, CEO and managing director of Flare Communications Group.
In addition to traditional media engagement, Flare Communications said it will also leverage its expertise in influencer, social media, creative content, with support of its own AI-empowered influencer discovery and audit platform to build, execute and measure various PR and marketing campaigns.
Flare Communications had major announcement last year. It promoted Pheona Cheng as director of the Group. Pheona has been with Flare Communications for two years as associate director, client services and strategy, in which she managed key business accounts, from FMCG products to luxury skincare and lifestyle brands.
Prior to that, she was with Moët Hennessy Diageo Hong Kong as brand manager of Moët & Chandon and Belvedere. With almost 15 years of experience in brand marketing, Cheng assumed various business and marketing planning lead roles, spearheaded and championed a strong portfolio of brand marketing initiatives throughout the years.
Cheng talked about her vision on upcoming agency planning, “My experience in brand management allows me to understand both client ecosystems and the role of agency partners. I look forward to continuing the good work and the partnerships Flare Communications built in the past 19 years and to build the new chapter with the team.”
