Makati-based creative agency Oddefy has appointed Arvon Fernandez (pictured) as its new CEO, as the agency looks to accelerate growth and deepen its digital-first creative capabilities.
Fernandez, who brings two decades of experience in the advertising and creative industry, will lead the agency’s next phase of expansion focused on strategic excellence, innovation, and digitally driven creativity, while maintaining the agency’s unconventional “Odd” identity.
The role will also see Fernandez take on oversight of sister company PrODD, the group’s production arm focused on visually led brand work and integrated production capabilities, alongside his leadership of Oddefy.

In a statement, the company said Fernandez joins the agency at a time when it is looking to build on its existing momentum and drive further growth. “Arvon’s here to grow boldly, evolve how we think and work, and sharpen what this team has already built into something even bigger.”
Fernandez’s appointment marks a new leadership chapter for the agency, following the tenure of Frankie Primavera, who had been CEO since 2022.
Launched in 2018, Oddefy operates as a 360 integrated marketing agency in the Philippines. Formerly known as DSTNCT Philippines, the agency rebranded to Oddefy as part of its positioning around “creative disruption” and unconventional marketing strategies.
The agency has built its identity around what it describes as an “odd” approach to communications and brand-building, with a focus on delivering bold and unconventional creative solutions for brands across industries.
Some of its notable work includes the Xiaomi 12 Travel Series, “Food on your screens” for GrabFood, “Better with flavour” for Potato Corner, and “Blessing in the skies” for Lendr. Its client portfolio also includes Klook, AXA, Bosch, JobStreet, and Citibank.
