DO. Philippines names Noelle Segundo as new general manager

DO. ASIA has appointed Noelle Segundo (pictured) as the new general manager of DO. Philippines, succeeding Sandra Hsu, who departs after a decade-long contribution that included steering the transition from Ambient Digital to DO. ASIA following its acquisition in 2023.

Segundo brings a strong background in agency strategy and client partnerships, with a mandate to strengthen DO. Philippines’ creative and strategic offering. Her appointment marks a key step in DO’s ambition to expand its presence and influence in Asia.

“We are delighted to have Noelle join us to run the DO. Philippines’ office. Her stellar agency track record will help us further elevate our client offering and agency culture,” said Simon Lockyer, managing director of DO. ASIA.

Segundo herself echoed DO’s action-oriented creative ethos, stating: “To ‘Defy Ordinary’ isn’t just a mantra, it’s a mission. I’m excited to work with this exceptional team to push creative boundaries and deliver work that is both inspiring and impactful.”

Reflecting on the leadership transition, Andrew Dowling, founder and group CEO of DO, paid tribute to Hsu’s legacy: “From a personal perspective, I’d first like to sincerely thank Sandra for the past 10 years of commitment and dedication, it’s truly amazing what she has helped build at both Ambient Digital and now DO; we’re all eternally grateful.”

Segundo’s appointment is “a key strategic step on our Asia journey. Her leadership aligns perfectly with our desire to Defy Ordinary in every aspect of the DO business,” he added.

This leadership change comes shortly after Lockyer’s own promotion to DO. ASIA managing director and follows a series of regional client wins, including Lazada, VinFast, and Glad.

Founded in 2017 by Dowling and Tom Ormes, DO has established itself as an independent creative agency with ambitions to build a global network. The firm is backed by international investors.
