NTUC LearningHub picks integrated marketing and comms agency for 2023 branding efforts

NTUC LearningHub has appointed integrated marketing and communications agency That Marketing Guy to develop its 2023 brand campaign after a competitive tender process. The new brand campaign is expected to be launched in the fourth quarter of 2023.

This will be the third campaign NTUC LearningHub is doing with That Marketing Guy since they began their working relationship in 2019.

At that point, That Marketing Guy worked on the brand's rebranding efforts for its Continuing Education Training provider.

Since then, it has launched two successful brand campaigns under the concept, “Lifelong Learning, Inspired by You” in 2020 and 2021, a new corporate brand video and revamped the look and feel of its learning app, LXP.

“I feel privileged to be given this opportunity once again to shape the narrative and public perception for NTUC LearningHub, a brand that we are deeply familiar with," said Will Lee, the managing director of That Marketing Guy, who will be playing the role of executive creative and strategy director on the upcoming campaign.

"We are excited to work with the NTUC LearningHub team once again on their third brand campaign, one that reflects their broader strategic vision – and something close to my heart – to inspire Singaporeans to start their lifelong learning journeys and remain future-ready,” he added.

The news comes shortly after Singapore's Ministry of Transport handed its social media remit to That Marketing Guy, according to GeBiz documents seen by MARKETING-INTERACTIVE. The appointment is for one year with the option to extend for another year.

That Marketing Guy will work with the Ministry of Transport to develop a social media strategy based on a good understanding of sentiments from the ground on Singapore’s transportation connectivity and will create content to influence positive sentiments on Singapore’s transport system, aviation hub and maritime port.
