National Council of Social Service (NCSS) has appointed IPG Mediabrands as it digital agency with an option to renew for one year. This follows a public tender which closed in June earlier this year.
The account is worth SG$258,064. Other agencies pitching for the account include GroupM, Hustla & Co, King Content and Pico Art International.
NCSS is a statutory board governed by the Ministry of Social and Family Development. The brief called for a review and formulation of overall social media direction and strategy as well as creative development including content strategy.
This extends to the development of a social media campaign, social content creation and execution along with monthly website analytics and reports. The appointed agency will also help in crisis management and media buying.
In April, NCSS appointed Wild Advertising & Marketing, along with GroupM media agency Mediacom, for a disability awareness campaign which aims to engage Singaporeans to understand the barriers faced by people with disabilities, appreciate their abilities and make Singapore a more inclusive society.
