City Chain has shifted the creative account for its Solvil Et Titus watch brand from JWT to McCann, which will continue its â€˜Time is Love’ theme.
City Chain director and general manager James Law confirmed the news and said a new â€˜Time is Love’ campaign is in production and will be ready for the Christmas period.
JWT was first appointed to the account back in 2008 and launched the hugely successful Time is Love series in 2009.
Last year, City Chain recorded an 80% jump in yearly sales for Solvil Et Titus after launching a major TV, print and online campaign, with an estimated budget of $10 million.
At JWT the Sovil Et Titus account was overseen by former CEO Desmond So, who has since gone on to launch his own agency which is expected to be unveiled within months.
So has already set up shop in Sheung Wan and is also expected to announce some big founding clients.
