MAS And NEA Look For Agencies

Government pitches underwayMonetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has called for a tender for the production and publication of notices on print media for a period of two years, with an option to extend for an additional year. It was recently reported that MAS is also looking to tighten ad rules for investment products. Similarly, the National Environment Agency (NEA) is also looking to appoint an advertising agency for the publishing notices in local newspapers. The NEA appointment will be from 2013 to 2017. Both tenders close at the end of the month.APB Singapore urges responsible drinkingAsia Pacific Breweries Singapore has launched the fifth annual installment of its responsible drinking campaign, Get Your Sexy Back (GYSB) which will officially kick off today. GYSB will be hosting a one night only stand up comedy performance in January, featuring real-life stories of drunken episodes. These stories will be crowd-sourced from the Singapore public through a Facebook contest and fans will be driven to the page by on-going Facebook ad buys. GYSB targets young adults aged between to 18-34 years. Ogilvy PR took on public relations duties and the digital aspect was handled by Social@Ogilvy.Emirates' National Bank of Dubai revamps siteEmirates' National Bank of Dubai has appointed formul8 to redevelop the Emirates Money website to improve the sites usability and navigation. A campaign was also launched focusing on the bank's loans for business, personal, vehicle and equipment as well as property needs. The campaign runs for a month on print, out-of-home and online and targets SME owners and entrepreneurs. The main slogan for the campaign was "For Business and Life, we've got a loan for you". The campaign runs in the United Arab Emirates.
