Mandiri joins over 200 coffee brands to mark 'A decade of passion' at Jacoweek 2025

Bank Mandiri is celebrating Jakarta Coffee Week (Jacoweek) 2025’s milestone edition as the festival marks “A decade of passion.” Returning as the main banking partner, Mandiri is serving exclusive rewards, digital experiences, and community engagement initiatives that connect Indonesia’s coffee culture with the bank’s growing digital lifestyle ecosystem.
Now in its tenth year, Jacoweek runs from 31 October to 2 November at ICE BSD, Hall 3-3A. The 2025 edition gathers more than 200 coffee brands, roasters, and cafés from across the country, with special showcases from Tokyo Coffee Festival and Indonesia Tea Culture highlighting Japan’s coffee artistry and the rise of matcha culture.
Bank Mandiri is offering a range of activations, rewarding customers for transacting via Livin’ by Mandiri and Mandiri cards. Coffee lovers can enjoy tickets, masterclasses, totebags, cashback, and even coffee machines through a mix of point redemptions and QR transactions.

Mandiri customers can redeem 200 Livin’poin for event tickets or 400 Livin’poin for totebags, with a total of 250 totebags available throughout the three-day festival. Each redemption can be made directly at the Mandiri booth inside the venue.
For those looking to learn from professionals, Mandiri is also opening access to Roemah Coffee Academy’s masterclasses - including Barista Level 1, Latte Art Level 1, Brewing Level 1, and Sensory Level 1 - by redeeming 3,000 Livin’poin through the Livin’ by Mandiri app.
Additionally, coffee purchases made using QRIS Livin’ by Mandiri can unlock event tickets. Customers who buy three cups of coffee in participating partner cafés such as Kopi Nako and Anomali will receive two free tickets to the festival.
Mandiri is also offering a IDR 50,000 (US$3) cashback on purchases of at least IDR 100,000 (US$6) made through QR Bayar Livin’ by Mandiri, available to 100 users daily. Visitors can also take part in a raffle featuring Breville’s The Bambino Plus coffee machine and Wacaco Minipressi GR2, with entries earned through activities such as opening new accounts, exchanging Livin’poin, or transacting at the event.
To join, customers can open Tabungan NOW via Livin’ by Mandiri, complete one financial transaction, and earn event entry tickets plus cashback rewards of up to IDR 200,000 (US$12). For business clients, new account holders under Mandiri Tabungan Bisnis can receive rewards of up to IDR 500,000 (US$30).
In line with Mandiri’s broader push to drive digital adoption, the bank’s event activations encourage consumers to transact, redeem, and explore financial products seamlessly within Livin’ by Mandiri.
With a variety of brands participating, from Saturdays X Naked Dough to 150 Coffee, Mandiri’s presence aims to blend experiential marketing with digital engagement, positioning Livin’ by Mandiri as the go-to lifestyle banking platform.
