According to Mah Sing Group's director of group strategy and operations, Rachel Leong, the partnership marks its ambitious adoption of digital initiatives in every part of the property journey, from sales and marketing to construction management and quality assurance, customer experience and engagement to property management. She added that the partnership with Fave is another step in Mah Sing's digital innovation drive to meet the changing demands of consumers.
Co-founder of Fave, Chen Chow Yeoh, said Fave believes that it can create a bigger impact by collaborating with organisations that have the same values and goals to keep innovating to provide more convenience and value to their customers.
"Together we take one more step forward towards the vision of cashless Malaysia, where Malaysians can use their Fave app not only to pay for a dinner at the restaurant or purchase a new TV set, now they can also pay bookings fees for their new home with the convenience of simply scanning QR code and receive rewards," he added.
Meanwhile, AirAsia BIG's CEO Spencer Lee added that as a travel and lifestyle technology company, it is committed to open up more avenues rapidly for BIG Members to earn BIG Points so that they can enjoy fantastic perks beyond air travel.
"With this partnership, we want to inform our BIG Members that they can now also use BIG Points to do more than just redeem flights - they can use BIG Points to redeem other travel and lifestyle deals such as tours and activities, spas, restaurants and so much more," Lee said.
