Pradhana Harsaputera S., MD of Magnus Digital, has been promoted to COO of Volare Network, an Indonesian ad holding company with Magnus as one of its subsidiaries. Volare offers digital marketing, advertising, creative, influencer marketing, VR/AR/MR, and technology services.
As COO, Pradhana (pictured right) will oversee the group's operations, campaigns, and business. He is also for ensuring that every subsidiary delivers its services for digital marketing and advertising campaigns to offer the best solutions for clients. Volare declined to share more about the other subsidiaries.
According to Volare, Pradhana was chosen for the job because he played a significant role in the success of Magnus. “We will keep growing and bringing forward the Indonesian digital and advertising industry. In the near future we will have more subsidiaries that are based on their specialities and this move complements our core DNA which is to give the best solutions to each and every client that is working with us,” said Pradhana. He added that his vision for Volare is to turn the network into a key global player in the digital marketing, advertising, and technology scheme.
Pradhana told MARKETING-INTERACTIVE that he feels so honoured to be appointed to this new role and excited for Volare's future. "Good things start with humble steps. Therefore, I can’t wait to see and am looking forward to all the exciting journeys for us ahead. As an independent Indonesian advertising network, all the groups will always prioritise transparency, flexibility, progression, and high-impact strategy. This way, we can show that we can bring forward the Indonesian digital and advertising industry," he explained.
Succeeding Pradhana at Magnus is Andreas Wijayanto (pictured left) who will be taking on the role of COO. Wijayanto is currently the digital director at Magnus and told MARKETING-INTERACTIVE that as an agency, Magnus has a unique culture that he hasn't seen in the past 18 years of his agency experience.
"This unique culture is one that I intend to cultivate and preserve so that we can grow more aggressively. At the same time, I'm also excited to be able to fully commit all my skillsets in client and project management as well as strategic communication to support the team and agency's growth," he added. He joined Magnus last June and prior to that, he was with FCB Jakarta, Arcade, Ogilvy, Leo Burnett, and Wunderman. Both Pradhana and Wijayanto declined to comment on their business plans for the rest of 2022.
Meanwhile, in a separate interview about the meaning behind an agency's name, Magnus CEO Hendra Liman explained that Magnus means “Great” in Latin. "Clearly, we’re hoping that Magnus can stand up to its name,” he said. Magnus was founded in 2017 with a team of six and has since grown to over 60 employees. Some of its clients include the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, Frisian Flag Indonesia and LINE Bank, among others.
