L’Oréal has appointed Manashi Guha (pictured) as country manager of L’Oréal Malaysia-Singapore, effective 1 September 2026.
Guha returns to the region from her current role as chief growth officer for L’Oréal UK and Ireland, having previously held several senior leadership positions across Asia.
She succeeds Tomas Hruska, who has led L’Oréal Malaysia-Singapore since 2022. Hruska will take on a new role as general manager of L’Oréal Poland and Baltics, also effective 1 September.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, Guha will oversee L’Oréal's operations across Malaysia and Singapore, with the group positioning the combined markets as a platform to drive greater synergies, share best practices and respond to changing consumer trends.
The group described Malaysia as a market with scale and nationwide reach, while Singapore serves as a regional innovation and business hub.
Guha brings 18 years of experience at L’Oréal, having held senior leadership and marketing roles across India, Malaysia, Indonesia, SAPMENA and the UK. She began her L’Oréal career in India in 2008, progressing through sales and marketing roles before becoming general manager of L’Oréal Paris India. She subsequently moved to Malaysia as director and business head of the Consumer Products Division, before taking on the same role in Indonesia.
From 2021 to 2023, she served as consumer division head for SAPMENA, overseeing the division across 15 subsidiaries, before moving to the UK as managing director of the Consumer Products Division and later chief growth officer for UK and Ireland.
During her time in the UK, Guha led the group's strategic growth plan across consumers, categories and omnichannel, with a focus on social commerce, transformation and brand integrations.
Commenting on her appointment, Guha said she was looking forward to returning to Malaysia and Singapore and working with teams across both markets on their next phase of growth.
"I am delighted to be returning to the dynamic Malaysia and Singapore — a region I hold close to my heart. Together, these two markets bring a unique combination of scale, innovation, and consumer energy, with an opportunity to craft growth & nurture talent. I look forward to co-creating with the team the AI chapter of L'Oréal's journey — building on the strong foundations already in place," she said.
L’Oréal also credited Hruska with strengthening the organisation's operations, talent development and sustainability initiatives during his four-year tenure.
The appointment comes alongside a wider leadership reshuffle at L’Oréal's SAPMENA Zone. The group has also appointed Marc Dicko as chief digital and marketing officer for the zone, with Lex Bradshaw-Zanger moving into a newly created role focused on transforming regional marketing and commercial services through technology, data, analytics and AI.
