Just in time for the holiday season, KFC has created a scented candle and released a Facebook competition handing out these limited edition candles. The post has over 600 shares and 3.8k reaction. It has also garnered media attention globally.
On twitter it asked for folks to retweet to enter the draw.
This is not the first time a brand has gone into creating a product that is a far cry from what it actually sells.
At the start of the year, sister brand Pizza Hut launched a new apparel line called Hut Swag that sells pizza themed t-shirts, cheesy hats, pepperoni scarves and socks, pizza vision shades and so much more.
