Leverate Group has appointed Din Sumedi (pictured) as chief creative officer (CCO), signalling a renewed focus on creative integration as the agency scales its capabilities across strategy, media, and technology.

The move comes as the Southeast Asia-based independent network sharpens its positioning around integrated solutions, aligning creative output more closely with data, media, and execution to deliver measurable business impact.

Sumedi brings more than two decades of experience in the creative and marketing industry, with a track record of building brand narratives and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver work across platforms. In his new role, he will drive cross-functional collaboration across the organisation, uniting creative, strategy, and execution into a more cohesive offering for clients.

“Din’s appointment marks a defining moment in how we evolve our integrated model and continue our journey of purposeful growth,” said Marlina, CEO of Leverate Group. “At Leverate, we believe creativity must work hand-in-hand with media and technology to drive real impact. Din brings a perspective and leadership that will help us create ideas that move both culture and business forward in Indonesia and beyond.”

For Sumedi, the appeal lies in pushing the agency’s existing strengths further through tighter integration.

“Leverate Group has built a strong reputation for delivering impactful marketing solutions. What excites me is the opportunity to take this a step further by integrating creativity, data, and execution to produce work that is compelling and effective. I look forward to collaborating and shaping the next phase of growth for both the agency and our partners.”

The appointment reinforces Leverate Group’s broader ambition to scale its leadership bench while accelerating innovation across its offering.

Previously, Leverate Group appointed Fauza Istighfareva as chief partnership officer and promoted Dylan Setiawan to chief operations officer. Istighfareva, who brings experience from Tokopedia and Tiptip, now leads strategic partnerships and client engagement, while Setiawan, a five-year veteran of the agency, oversees operations and cross-department collaboration to drive continued growth across Southeast Asia.
