Indonesian creative holding Flux Creative Universe (FCU) has announced the strategic acquisition of Yogyakarta-based AI technology company GetCore, in a move aimed at combining creative strategy, attention-driven marketing and artificial intelligence within a single ecosystem.

The deal was made alongside FCU’s main investor, Indonesian media personality Deddy Corbuzier, and marks the company’s latest effort to position itself as a disruptive force in Indonesia’s creative industry.

Led by founder and CEO Yohanes Auri, FCU has built its reputation around viral-first content strategies and claims to have generated 2.3 billion organic views across campaigns, a milestone that earned it recognition from the Indonesian World Records Museum (MURI). The integration of GetCore now adds a technological layer to the group’s creative and distribution capabilities.

GetCore, which has operated for about a year, focuses on developing custom-built AI systems designed to address specific business challenges. The company is led by Zufar, a cybersecurity postgraduate, and co-founder Winner, and has already worked with international clients, including developing automation systems for a startup in Australia.

One of the first outcomes of the partnership is an internal AI assistant called Jarvis. Built on OpenClaw technology, the tool automates campaign performance tracking – processing metrics such as views, likes, shares and saves – and converts what was previously manual reporting into a system that can deliver insights within minutes through a client-facing dashboard.

With the acquisition, FCU is positioning itself as a one-stop solution for brands seeking creative ideas, viral distribution and operational efficiency through AI.

“Our vision is to become a total solution. Creativity is a given, attention (virality) we guarantee, and now every business problem can be addressed through our AI Consultant services. The combination of Creative + Attention + AI is what truly makes Flux Creative Universe the Avengers of Indonesia’s creative industry,” said Auri.

Corbuzier added that the integration of AI capabilities would allow the group to offer more technology-driven solutions to brands navigating a rapidly evolving marketing landscape.

“The creative industry of the future is about efficiency and technology. With the strength of GetCore, Flux Creative Universe (FCU) now has an AI brain that can be customised according to clients’ needs. This is real disruption,” he said.

For brands working with FCU, the combined offering is positioned as a 360-degree service: creative campaign development, attention-driven distribution through viral content strategies, and AI-based tools designed to improve operational efficiency and analytics.

The companies also revealed plans to launch a new digital product in the near future, developed jointly by FCU and GetCore, which they say aims to fundamentally disrupt the advertising industry.
