Coinciding with Women’s Month, Lennon Group has announced the launch of three specialised creative studios alongside the appointment of three female chiefs to lead them, marking a strategic expansion of the Philippines-based creative network.
The move sees the company evolve from a single creative entity into a broader creative ecosystem comprising Sgt.Pepper, Lennon Creative, and Lennon For Good, each operating with a distinct focus but unified under the group’s philosophy of “HumanKind Creativity”.
The expansion also brings new leadership appointments, with Rizza Garcia, Kim Marvilla-Abrigo, and Angela Thakur taking on chief roles across the three studios.

According to the company, the studios are designed to operate both independently and collaboratively, giving brands access to integrated capabilities spanning marketing, branding, design, and social impact.
Three studios, three creative disciplines
Sgt.Pepper, the group’s design studio, will focus on brand strategy, identity systems, and design-led experiences. It will be led by Garcia (pictured, left) as chief operating officer and design chief.
“Design has the power to shape how people experience brands and the world around them,” said Garcia. “At Sgt.Pepper, we use design not just to make things look good, but to make them meaningful, human, and intentional.”
Meanwhile, Lennon Creative will serve as the group’s creative brand studio, helping companies build and grow brands through collaborative storytelling and cultural insight. The unit will be headed by Marvilla-Abrigo (pictured, centre) as managing partner and chief operating officer.
“Brands today need more than just campaigns, they need creative storytelling that truly connects and makes an impact,” she said. “Lennon Creative exists to help brands create work that connects with people, drives culture, and delivers real business impact.”
The third studio, Lennon For Good, is dedicated to social impact work and will partner with organisations and communities to design initiatives aimed at creating sustainable change. The studio will be led by Thakur (pictured, right) as managing partner, chief operating officer, and head of strategy.
“At Lennon For Good, we design impact by listening first, collaborating deeply, and creating with intention,” said Thakur.
Building an integrated creative ecosystem
The launch signals a new phase for Lennon Group, positioning the company as an integrated creative ecosystem. Founder and CEO Raymund Sison said the studio structure was designed to allow brands and organisations to access end-to-end creative solutions while maintaining specialised expertise.
“Lennon Group is built on the belief that creativity is more powerful when it’s human, responsible, and connected,” said Sison. “With these three studios led by three seasoned female chiefs, we’ve created an ecosystem where brands can be created and built, businesses can grow, and positive impact can be made – independently and collectively.”
“At the core of everything we do is HumanKind Creativity – creativity that respects humanity and moves the world forward,” Sison added. “It doesn’t only unite our studios, it’s the very foundation of everything we do and it’s our reason for being.”
