Kimberly-Clark has appointed Anindya Dasgupta as president of enterprise growth markets, overseeing its operations across India, Southeast Asia, Japan and Latin America, including Mexico.

In the role, Dasgupta will lead the company's business across these markets, which collectively account for approximately US$4.3 billion in annual sales, according to Kimberly-Clark. He will report to Russ Torres, group president and chief operating officer of the combined company.

Dasgupta joins Kimberly-Clark from Kenvue, where he served as group president for Asia Pacific from July 2025 to November 2026. Based in Singapore, he led the region's US$3 billion business and was a member of Kenvue's global executive leadership team, according to his LinkedIn.

Prior to Kenvue, he was chief consumer officer and a member of the global executive leadership team at Imperial Brands from 2021 to 2023. His responsibilities spanned marketing, innovation, consumer insights, business intelligence, revenue growth management, science and regulatory affairs.

Before that, Dasgupta spent nearly six years at Fonterra, serving as managing director of its global consumer business from August 2016 to August 2019. He was previously the company's global chief marketing officer from 2014 to 2016.

Earlier in his career, he held regional and global roles at PepsiCo, including marketing director for Southeast Asia and director of marketing and business development for North and South Asia. He also spent nearly 10 years at GSK, where he held marketing, sales and general management positions across India and Southeast Asia.

The appointment forms part of Kimberly-Clark's post-acquisition leadership structure following its completion of the acquisition of Kenvue on 2 November 2026.

The combined company will operate across four business segments: North America, Asia Pacific Focus Markets, Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Enterprise Markets. The segments are designed to give markets greater ownership of their businesses, supported by the company's global functions.

Other regional leaders named in the structure include John Carmichael, president of North America; Katy Chen, president of Asia Pacific focus markets; and Carlton Lawson, president of Europe, Middle East and Africa.

The combined business brings together Kimberly-Clark's personal care and family care portfolio with Kenvue's consumer health brands, including Huggies, Kleenex, Neutrogena, Listerine and Tylenol.
