With the appointment, Tilt also aims to strengthen KAPA’s brand presence across digital platforms and connect with discerning homeowners looking for design-led, wellness-focused home solutions.

KAPA, known for delivering architectural-grade home makeovers through a collective of top-tier architects and designers, was drawn to Tilt’s social-first approach and strong grasp of its promise to affluent homeowners.
The pitch centred on content that taps platform trends while reflecting the aspirations of landed property owners seeking bespoke, design-led spaces.
“This partnership marks an exciting chapter for KAPA,” said Ar. Kee Jing Zhi, co-founder of KAPA Design Collective.
“Tilt’s ability to translate our curated approach and design ethos into dynamic, compelling social storytelling will allow us to engage meaningfully with our audience. Their creative precision and understanding of our vision made them the ideal partner," added the co-founder.
In tandem, Karn Singh, group creative director at Tilt said “KAPA doesn’t just build homes. It curates stories in concrete, timber and light. We’re here to bring those stories into the digital space with craft, clarity and a distinct point of view.”
In addition to KAPA Design Collective, Tilt was also most recently appointed as the lead creative and media agency for PAP Community Foundation's nationwide recruitment marketing and advertising campaign.
The upcoming campaign will run from July to December 2025, highlighting the meaningful career paths available within the organisation.
The scope of Tilt's mandate includes full-service branding, communications, and integrated media strategy, with a focus on compelling storytelling, creative development, and multichannel activation across print, digital, and social platforms.
