Real estate investment and asset management firm Arcc Assets has named creative digital agency 8traordinary as its social media agency of record, following a competitive pitch.
The 12-month retainer will see 8traordinary leading all creative duties including content planning, production, social media management, and digital marketing for the firm. The appointment is aimed at refreshing Arcc Assets’ content strategy and deepening brand engagement across digital platforms.
Arcc Assets is the specialised asset management arm of Arcc Holdings, an investment holding company with commercial real estate projects across key regional markets such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Kuala Lumpur. With over two decades of experience in the sector, Arcc Assets manages a portfolio of prime properties within Singapore’s Tanjong Pagar-Duxton precinct.

The company is known for transforming properties into lifestyle-centric spaces, with a strong focus on conservation shophouses and neighbourhood revitalisation. Its team of multi-disciplinary specialists has built a reputation for injecting fresh life into existing communities through thoughtful design and stewardship.
The partnership with 8traordinary is expected to support Arcc Assets’ ambition of elevating its brand presence and articulating its value proposition to a broader digital audience.
“Arcc Assets believes in the transformative potential of space. For the last 20 years, we have been focused on curating lifestyle spaces within historically rich locales, offering our tenants a vibrant heritage neighbourhood where they can grow and connect in socially meaningful ways," said Tony Chen, CEO of Arcc Holdings.
"With 8traordinary’s robust track record in creative strategy, content production and social media management, they’ve proven to be the right agency to introduce fresh perspectives to our specialised offerings,” added Chen.
In tandem, Jeffrey Lim, founder and managing director of 8traordinary, noted the power of storytelling as a tool to deepen connections between brands and people.
“Stories are a communal currency of humanity. It connects people and shapes cultural understanding through the exchange of experiences, emotions and knowledge. We are privileged to have Arcc Assets trust us to turn their stories into powerful means of fostering community and inspiring action," said Lim.
This is not 8traordinary’s first foray into real estate marketing. The agency previously worked with property developer SingHaiyi on an end-to-end branding project for its Sora development, covering creative, marketing, and experiential elements.
The appointment comes on the heels of 8traordinary naming Thomas Teo as its chief strategy officer for Asia, as the agency looks to accelerate growth and sharpen its focus on sustainability and ESG communications.
In this newly created regional role, Teo will lead transformation efforts across three core areas: developing specialised ESG and sustainability offerings, driving alliance partnerships and inorganic growth, and enhancing internal capabilities to position 8traordinary as a future-ready agency.
