iris Worldwide grows planning division

iris Worldwide is looking to strengthen its planning division with the addition of Leow Yanling, who joins from Wunderman Tokyo as planner.At Wunderman, she worked on brands such as Procter & Gamble as well as United Airlines.Leow will be a vital part of the iris team to help create new work with her experience in using local human insights.  In her new role, Leow will be tasked with developing pioneering innovative and effective strategies for some of the company’s key strategic accounts such as Philips and SK-II, so as to further influence and connect with the brands’ target audiences.In addition to Leow, iris Worldwide had also appointed James Honda-Pinder (pictured) as senior planner last month as the company continues to build a strong planning team comprising of the best global, regional and local talent.  Leow will be reporting to Honda-Pinder.“Leow is another great strategic hire for us at iris Worldwide. She brings superb regional experience across different categories and channels, and an energy that is a perfect fit for the agency. She is a great example of the team we’re building that is the perfect blend of disproportionate aptitude mixed with a hungry and fearless attitude,” said Mark Hadfield, the regional planning director (APAC).
