IPG Mediabrands appoints Craig Harvey to newly created regional head of research role

IPG Mediabrands has promoted Craig Harvey in the newly created role of regional head of research Asia-Pacific.

Harvey was formerly head of business science for IPG Mediabrands Hong Kong, and will retain his client facing position, in addition to driving the agency’s research agenda and advancing insight and tools capabilities across the APAC region.

In his new role, Harvey will split his time between the Hong Kong and Singapore office and report to Matt Scotton, chief strategy officer Asia-Pacific.

“Craig’s intimate knowledge of the business and aptitude for insights and innovation make him the perfect choice to unite and connect our global tools and systems, while championing invention across the region,” said Scotton.

Harvey said, “I am very excited to be joining the IPG Mediabrands APAC regional team to grow and develop the network’s research, insights and tools. Our vision is to propel IPG Mediabrands recognition as the most progressive, data smart, consumer centric, dynamic agency network in the world.”
