Hume Brophy names Singapore director

International communications firm Hume Brophy has appointed Holly Huang as director in its Singapore office in a bid to strengthen the firm's public relations and investor relations offerings. In her new role, Huang will advise clients across the agency's financial and corporate communications practices.According to the press statement, her appointment comes at a time of "rapid growth" for the company in Asia, with the Singapore office shifting to a new space at Raffles City Tower to accommodate the growing team of eight communications professionals. Hume Brophy is also now active across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, China and Japan.Prior to her new role, Huang led the corporate and financial practice at Hill+Knowlton Strategies Singapore and was responsible for client counsel, strategic programme planning, as well as the development of stakeholder engagement plans. During her time there, she worked with clients such as Indosuez Wealth Management, NTUC Income and Clifford Chance. Huang also worked at Cedar Strategic Holdings, CDL Hospitality Trusts and Citigate Dewe Rogerson, i.MAGE.She has 10 years of experience across the financial services industry, including banking, capital markets, fintech and investment management.
