Dragon Rouge Singapore has appointed Matt Holbrow (pictured) as creative director, relocating him from Amsterdam to lead the agency’s creative team as it strengthens its brand transformation capabilities across Asia Pacific and the Middle East.
At Dragon Rouge Singapore, Holbrow joins managing director Saurabh Singh and strategy director Cecylia Grendowicz on the agency’s senior leadership team, bringing client leadership, strategy and creative direction together at a senior level.
Holbrow will also work closely with Dragon Rouge’s global creative leadership, reporting to Paris-based co-CEO and chief creative officer Kheireddine Sidhoum.

Holbrow joins from brand design agency Bulletproof, where he spent nearly five years progressing from senior designer to design director and senior art director, before becoming associate creative director in November 2025. His experience spans brand design, art direction and illustration, built through roles across Amsterdam, Berlin and London.
Before Bulletproof, Holbrow worked as a freelance designer in Berlin for nearly three years. He previously spent three years as a midweight designer at BrandOpus and a year at Our Design Agency, both based in London.
The appointment comes as Dragon Rouge Singapore moves from Maude Road to a new office on Ann Siang Hill, marking another step in the agency’s growth in the market.
Moreover, the agency said the appointment strengthens its creative leadership as it serves a diverse portfolio of clients across APAC and the Middle East.
“Over the past few years, we’ve reshaped our Singapore business around the needs of our global and regional clients, building our work in brand storytelling across corporate, consumer and sport. Holbrow’s arrival completes the senior team we’ve been building,” Singh said.
“With client leadership, strategy and creative working closely together, we’re well placed to deepen those partnerships and shape the right team around what our clients need next," he added.
Globally, Dragon Rouge has worked with brands including Coca-Cola, Beiersdorf, Accor and Rio Tinto. Its recent projects include developing a unified brand identity for the British Council, bringing its work across more than 100 countries under a shared brand narrative, “Possibility unlimited”, and a refreshed visual identity.
Closer to home, its Singapore client portfolio includes PETRONAS, Digital Nasional Berhad, edotco, CIMB, OCBC, Visa, IKEA, Abbott, Nestlé, Carlsberg and Mondelez.
