After creative and PR duties, HPB has put out a tender for its media account for 2014-2016, putting incumbent OMD on alert.
The board appointed OMD in late 2010 for the account estimated to be worth SG$10 million.
The review is part of its routine renewal process every two years. The contract with OMD ends in March 2014.
HPB is also looking for creative as well as PR agencies to handle its marketing campaigns, for the same period.
The incumbents are DDB and Ogilvy.
Both tenders close on 15 May this year.
