Gushcloud Indonesia has partnered with Visinema on Panggil Aku Ayah, the family drama directed by Benni Setiawan and adapted from Korea’s 2020 box office hit Pawn. Since its premiere, the film has drawn more than 863,000 viewers.

Starring Ringgo Agus Rahman, Boris Bokir, and child actress Myesha Lin, the film offers a heartfelt exploration of what defines family beyond blood ties. It also received recognition from the original Pawn director and cast in Korea.

As Visinema’s strategic partner, Gushcloud spearheaded an influencer-led marketing strategy to expand the film’s reach. Creators including Saka Syarif, Uty Bonita, Aldy Saputra, Tiara Dalimunthe, and Yogi Saputra attended the gala premiere on 3 August, helping to drive early buzz.

The push extended to digital entertainment platforms, with promotional content amplified through high-traffic Instagram channels such as Awreceh and Ohmeygatt to tap into a wider youth audience.

Influencers who experienced the film first-hand shared their impressions directly with followers. “Even the poster is already moving, let alone the film. Panggil Aku Ayah is truly worth watching,” said Uty Bonita. Yogi Saputra added, “This film makes you laugh, then suddenly touches your deepest emotions. It’s not an ordinary film, but one that makes you rethink the meaning of family.”

Dicky Ahmad Ghiffari, senior corporate communications officer at Gushcloud Indonesia, emphasised the broader ambition behind the campaign. “This collaboration is not just a promotional project, but part of Gushcloud’s commitment to supporting Indonesia’s creative industry. We believe film has a powerful role in conveying positive messages, and we are proud to be part of the journey of Panggil Aku Ayah.”

Visinema Studios has also acknowledged the collaboration by placing Gushcloud’s logo in the end credits. With the success of Panggil Aku Ayah, Gushcloud continues to solidify its reputation as a bridge between entertainment brands and digital communities, using influencer-led campaigns to create cultural impact both on and off screen.

Previously, Gushcloud partnered with Visinema on Jumbo, the record-breaking animated feature that became Indonesia’s highest-grossing local animation. The campaign combined influencer activations, digital pushes, and special screenings. In a similar vein, Gushcloud tapped influencers to generate early buzz.
