



Gushcloud ID appoints former Decathlon CMO Henry Pfisterer as country director

Gushcloud has appointed Henry Pfisterer (pictured) as country director of its Indonesia operations, effective 1 September 2025. He succeeds Oddie Randa, who has moved into a regional capacity as VP of operations for Gushcloud International, overseeing cross-border responsibilities across the group.
As country director, Pfisterer - who was previously CMO of Decathlon Indonesia - is charged with driving the growth and profitability of Gushcloud Indonesia. He will lead the team to deliver excellence across projects while deepening the company’s role in shaping a sustainable creator ecosystem.
Looking ahead, Pfisterer has outlined clear priorities for the year. His immediate focus is on “strengthening the local organisation to align with Gushcloud’s international vision, and to make sure that the company’s greatest asset – its people – are fully ready to drive the next stage of growth,” he told MARKETING-INTERACTIVE.

The focus for 2025 will centre on two main pillars: delivering world-class execution for ongoing client campaigns, and enhancing engagement with Indonesian talents. The firm wants to “communicate more strongly with talents that partnering with Gushcloud means working on breakthrough projects, scaling their creativity, and amplifying their impact on audience engagement,” Pfisterer added.
Pfisterer reports directly to Nirote “May” Chaweewannakorn, VP of revenue at Gushcloud International. His mandate is to position Gushcloud Indonesia as both a trusted partner for brands and an exciting platform for creators.
Gushcloud, a global tech-driven influencer and creator marketing group, is establishing itself as a bridge between brands and audiences seeking authentic and impactful connections. Before joining Gushcloud, Pfisterer led Decathlon Indonesia’s marketing and digital business since 2020. He had also served as marketing director for Jakarta-based insurtech platform FUSE, and as director of global customer marketing and CRM for the Boucheron brand at Paris-based luxury group Kering.
