Growmint grows team with two new directors

Growmint has added new members into the family.

Aldy Dewandhana (pictured on the left) has been hired as creative director, and Ruli Himawan Nugroho (pictured on the right) as strategy director. This duo will lead the team in strengthening and delivering integrated creative - business solutions to all Growmint’s partners.

Dewandhana brings 15 years experience in the advertising industry, having worked with FCB Indonesia, Hakuhodo Indonesia, DDB Indonesia, EURO RSCG Adwork, and most recently as a creative director at Fortune Indonesia.  At Growmint, Dewandhana is tasked to lead the creative team to achieve successful and effective campaigns for Growmint’s partners.

“Growmint provides business solutions to its partners. Through creative advertising, I am committed to build ideas that work, and dream up new ways to put our brand partners into action,” Dewandhana said.

To strengthen up the team, Nugroho as the strategy director will play a key role on driving strategic directions for brands and businesses handled by Growmint. Prior to joining Growmint, Nugroho have worked his career in several local and global advertising agencies, including Dentsu Strat Jakarta and JC&K Advertising.

“Brands and businesses are constantly facing diverse challenges as digital is growing by leaps and bounds. There will never be one-size-fits-all strategy. That’s what got me into this industry in the first place. I look forward to being a part of Growmint’s team, as they also understand the dynamics of today’s digital marketing world,” Nugroho said.
