1. GroupM reportedly to be rebranded into WPP Media

WPP is reportedly set to rebrand its media investment arm, GroupM, as WPP Media.
This marks a significant shift in the company's branding strategy after two decades. The move aims to streamline WPP's offerings and align more closely with competitors such as Publicis Media and Omnicom Media Group, according to media reports.

2. WPP moves Grey under Ogilvy in creative agency shakeup

WPP is moving creative agency Grey under Ogilvy, shifting its current reporting structure from AKQA group. The move is aimed at strengthening collaboration and unlocking growth opportunities across the WPP network, according to internal memos obtained by MARKETING-INTERACTIVE.
The decision comes ahead of AKQA's anticipated appointment of a new global CEO, prompting leadership teams across Grey, AKQA, Ogilvy and WPP to review reporting lines. Under the new structure, Grey global CEO Laura Maness will report directly to Ogilvy global CEO Devika Bulchandani.

3. GOODSTUPH and LEO win big at MARKies Awards SG 2025

GOODSTUPH and LEO emerged victorious at the MARKies Awards 2025, taking home the top honours of the night.
GOODSTUPH emerged a first-time overall winner at the MARKies Awards 2025, walking away with the coveted "Overall Media Usage MARKie" title after securing three Gold wins. Meanwhile, LEO continued its winning streak, bagging the "Overall Creative Ideas MARKie" for the third consecutive year with an impressive haul of three Gold and two Bronze trophies.
