GOODSTUPH and LEO win big at MARKies Awards SG 2025

GOODSTUPH and LEO emerged victorious at the MARKies Awards 2025, taking home the top honours of the night. 

GOODSTUPH emerged a first-time overall winner at the MARKies Awards 2025, walking away with the coveted "Overall Media Usage MARKie" title after securing three Gold wins. 

Meanwhile, LEO continued its winning streak, bagging the "Overall Creative Ideas MARKie" for the third consecutive year with an impressive haul of three Gold and two Bronze trophies.

GOODSTUPH made a bold statement with campaigns such as "yuu Rewards Club" for Minden Singapore and "Team Singapore" for Sport Singapore, sweeping gold across categories such as "Most Effective Use – Consumer Insights", "Most Effective Use – Content", and "Most Effective Use – Social Media".

LEO’s top-performing campaigns included "Sweet Paprika Chicken McCrispy – The Crispiest Takeover", "LoveSG 2024 – Garlic Chilli. It’s A Singapore Thing", and "The McGriddles Close Friends List" for McDonald’s Singapore.

VML Singapore claimed runner-up for the "Overall Creative Ideas MARKie", taking home three Gold for "HSBC Mind Athletes", "Foiled Once More – The First Ever Music Video that is also an Anti-Terrorism Campaign", and another entry of "HSBC Mind Athletes". The wins spanned categories including "Most Creative – Cause Marketing", "Most Creative – Content Marketing", and "Most Creative – Immersive Brand Activation".

Starcom Singapore followed closely behind, scoring two Gold, two Silver, and one Bronze trophies for campaigns produced in partnership with SGAG, Publicis Singapore, and Viu.

In the "Overall Media Usage MARKie" category, LEO took second place with two Gold and two Silver trophies. Standout campaigns included "The McGriddles Breakfast x Icon Collection", "LoveSG 2024 – Garlic Chilli. It’s A Singapore Thing", and "Bringing people closer together, for real." 

DSTNCT rounded out the top three with two Gold and one Silver trophy for their campaigns "Let’s Begin" and "10 Out of 10 Will Do Good". 

Other agencies that earned recognition this year included VML Singapore, Ampersand Advisory, SKALE by GrowthDesk, and Hello Health Group, among others.

This year’s entries showcased exceptional creativity and bold execution, reflecting the tenacity of marketing professionals determined to push boundaries and deliver work that inspires.

The winners were selected by a panel of 19 senior marketers from brands such as Air New Zealand, Babilou Family Singapore, CBRE Singapore, DBS Bank, DSM-Firmenich, Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore, FairPrice Group, Guzman y Gomez Singapore, Kingfisher, Kopi Kenangan, LAC Global Group, Marshall Cavendish Education, Mount Faber Leisure Group, Singlife, Singtel Singapore, Target Media Singapore, Under Armour, Utimaco, and Wilhelmsen Ships Service.

The prestigious MARKies Awards ceremony took place on 15 May at Shangri-La Singapore. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the esteemed panel of judges for their dedication and meticulous evaluation of every submission, ensuring a fair and transparent awards process.
