Eastern Harbour Tunnel renews ad contract with Cody Out of Home

Cody Out of Home has secured a big win with the Eastern Harbour Tunnel advertising contract, with the company handling the outdoor ad spaces for another three years.

As one of the busiest road tunnels in Hong Kong, the Eastern Harbour Tunnel has an average of 77,188 cars a day, according to the latest figures in 2017, provided by the Transport Department of the HKSAR government.

The renewal has extended the partnership between the tunnel and Cody Out of Home for an extra three years. The parties have worked together for 18 years.

“We are thrilled to retain the Eastern Harbour Tunnel (contract) which is a key asset of our trilogy of strategic tunnel billboard solutions targeting key business and residential areas, including Taikoo Shing, Taikoo Place, Kwun Tong, Kowloon Bay, Tseung Kwan O, and Kai Tak,” said Sammy Choi, managing director of Cody Out of Home.

“We cherish this opportunity and will persevere with innovation and technology to transform the media assets into engaging advertising vehicles.”
