Design Bridge & Partners' head of client partnership Danley Stone (pictured) has stepped up as managing director of Hong Kong, effective from September 2025.
In her new role, Stone reports to Benedict Gordon, chief growth officer, APAC, Design Bridge & Partners and she will be overseeing the Hong Kong office and key client relationships, business growth, operations and profits and loss. She is focused on the Hong Kong market now but regionally overseeing the agency's relationship with HSBC.
Stone was most recently the head of client leadership for the Hong Kong office, having relocated from Singapore to the city in July 2024. She succeeded Hannah Duley, who joined HSBC as its APAC head of employer brand.
During her time as the agency's head of client leadership, she led the regional HSBC relationships and Prudential insurance account, as well as clients in China and Southeast Asia.
Stone brings nearly 20 years of experience in the branding and advertising space. She has been in Asia for 12 years and with the company in its various WPP iterations for eight years, having worked with clients such as Citibank, Mastercard, Lazada, Prudential and Coca-Cola.
Gordon said: "I am thrilled that Stone is stepping into this role, continuing to lead the strategic operations of Design Bridge and Partners Hong Kong. Her dedication to driving business growth and passion for strengthening key client relationships with both globally-iconic and much-loved local brands make her a stellar addition to our senior leadership team."
Stone: “It's an immense privilege to step into the role of managing director, having long admired the strategic and creative talent of my Hong Kong colleagues. Witnessing the brilliance of this team firsthand has only deepened that respect. I look forward to continued success, partnering our incredible clients by raising the bar to create world-class work with the power to motivate and move people.”

This comes after a Hong Kong leadership reshuffle took place earlier this year, with Adrian Pring being appointed as head of strategy for Design Bridge & Partners Hong Kong.
