Deliveroo partners An Açai Affair to launch limited-edition açai candle for Wellness Day

This Global Wellness Day on 8 June, Deliveroo and local açai parlour An Açai Affair will be partnering to release a feel-good bundle that tastes good and makes your home smell good too.

The Deliveroo x An Açai Affair bundle comes with a refreshing watermelon açai scented candle that replicates the aroma of the specialty cafe's 'Summer Melon' açai bowl.

'Summer Melon' is a limited edition offering from An Açai Affair in celebration of Global Wellness Day too. Both the offering and the exclusive candle will be launching from 8 June and will be available at An Açai Affair's Katong outlet only.

Both Deliveroo and An Açai Affair aim to revitalise the senses of its customers and offer a soothing sensory pathway to unwind in the comforts of their own homes.

“We know how stressful life can get, with almost nine in 10 Singaporeans reporting feeling stressed in a recent study. That’s why Deliveroo has created this special bundle together with An Açai Affair to deliver a delicious moment of joy to Singaporeans this Global Wellness Day," said Michel Wong, head of consumer communications, Asia at Deliveroo.

"We are delighted to partner with Deliveroo for this special celebration of health and happiness. Our goal has always been to promote easy, healthy living, and the introduction of the açai-scented candle perfectly complements our much-loved açai bowls for a truly wholesome wellness experience," added Anna Ng, co-founder of An Açai Affair.

Health and wellness have been the center of a number of campaigns as of late. Most recently, oats brand Quaker invited Malaysians to embrace healthy living through its "Jom Quaker Fit" (Let's Go Quaker Fit) campaign.

As part of the campaign, Quaker developed a 30-day recipe guide to help Malaysians explore healthier and yummy meal recipes with oats. Quaker also partnered with four social media influencers to make healthy eating and staying active fun through the 'Jom Quaker Fit 30-day challenge'.

As the challenge progresses, the milestones gradually increase in difficulty to promote consistency, build healthier habits, and support effective weight management.
