Deathcare brand St. Peter positions peace of mind as the ultimate Mother's Day gift

As brands continue to tap into emotionally driven storytelling around Mother’s Day, Philippine deathcare company St. Peter is encouraging Filipinos to look beyond traditional gifts and consider long-term preparedness as an expression of love and care.

In its latest Mother’s Day initiative, the company positions peace of mind as a meaningful offering for mothers and families, framing advance planning as a way to provide reassurance, protection, and support during difficult moments.

The campaign centres around the idea that Filipino mothers often express love through everyday acts of sacrifice and care rather than grand gestures. Building on this insight, St. Peter is encouraging families to honour mothers through practical decisions that can ease future emotional and financial burdens.

Through the St. Peter eStore, consumers can browse and purchase St. Peter Life Plans online, allowing families to arrange memorial services in advance from home.

According to the company, the digital platform is designed to make pre-need planning more accessible and convenient, while helping families choose plans suited to their needs.

St. Peter Life Plans are pre-need memorial plans aimed at helping families prepare for future arrangements with what the company describes as “ease and dignity”. By arranging services ahead of time, families are able to reduce the emotional and financial strain placed on loved ones when the need arises.

The campaign also speaks directly to mothers who often carry the responsibility of caring for their families, positioning a St. Peter Life Plan as a form of comfort and security for them as well.

“This Mother’s Day, flowers may brighten her day, and kind words may warm her heart. But giving Mom peace of mind is a gesture that can continue to comfort her and the whole family for years to come,” the company said in a release.

St. Peter is rolling out three limited-time memorial service discount offers from 1 March to 30 May 2026 across selected chapels nationwide, including 55% off the Matthews Affinity package and 50% off both the Matthews Civic and Batesville Jasper packages, according to its website.

The at-need offers cover imported caskets, embalming, retrieval, viewing services, and funeral transport, and apply only to complete memorial services and upgraded existing St. Peter packages, excluding pre-need plans and additional charges.

Founded in 1970, St. Peter Life Plan, known as the “DeathCare Experts”, opened its first St. Peter Chapel in 1975 and has since grown to operate more than 280 chapels nationwide, alongside cremation and digital memorial services.
